Game Crashes

Since the new update, I'm constantly getting game crashes. I use an iPad. Prior to the last update, I had 100% game stability. Now, it crashes 20-25 times per day. It's getting difficult to play as a result.

I also mysteriously lost my clay boost. I had all three boosters and started them at the same time, now one is gone. Please resolve these issues. Particular the game stability! Thank you

I have the same crash issue. But mine is also slow for some reason with 70+ city's it takes over a hour to look in on them all

Stability is an ongoing concern. We're always doing what we can to improve the game in that regard. For your booster, go ahead and write in to Support (link in my signature) and they can assist.

I've also started having regular crashes. Usually they happen when I'm switching between cities. Also sometimes the build progress bars on buildings remain when I switch from one city to the next. So something funky is going on with the city change code

The game crashes every five minutes!!! Also crashes when I change between worlds. I'm using a first gen ipad. My software is up to date and have updated the game!!!! I'm getting really sick of this and do not have a working computer. Please fix this it has been this way for a month now ever since the next to the last update. And the newest update did not make it any better!!!!!

And have already submitted a ticket and I will not spend another dime on this game until crashes and disappearing que extenders r fixed

I submitted a ticket four days ago and never got a reply. Y'all have poor management skills.
