scholar don't add up

There is a bug of the scholar Count.

i have scholarship 14,
but I have scholarlimit 5.

i buy scholarship, but no add up scholar.

For every scholar it requires scholarships.e.g.first scholar requires 1 scholarship.the second scholar requires 2 more scholarships.the third requires three more scholarships.by that time you have 6 scholarships.so for a scholar you need to get the correct amount of scholarships for what that scholars numer is that you produced.
