When scouts get to lv3 they would be able to tell you if the city is getting attacked or supported and the ETA.Anything I could add?

So when doing emergency scouting when your losing troops in battle you know how long you got until support gets there and troops levels,great idea!

I don't like that idea. You shouldn't be able to just know the support an enemy is getting just because of the scouts.... As it is unknown right now if a city is getting support then it is more interesting as you will have to devise ways to cap that city.
(use scholar trains and a clear just seconds apart)

Agreed mecha. Plus how is the scout supposed to know in the times this game is based around. At least troops outside the city, they could look and see rooms and everything that is missing troops.

I'm sending 5 clearing waves to this 300K guy a time and still I can't clear all of them.i came up with this idea out of frustration.
