World 31

Well valor/play mesh it's been 3 days and I know of at least 15 players without access to world 31 this is pretty sad. There are multiple trouble tickets out on it and the best we get is your ticket is awaiting assignment. Horrible customer service and I hope you plan to refund everyone with there money they have put into this game!!!!!!

3 days. Not even an update is given. WOW! Really? At least let us know that it would take you (support team/devs/IT) a WHILE to figure out what is going on. All we ask for is an update. Please UPDATE us.

I know some of those support tickets for this issue have been answered and resolved.

Please check now and see if you are able to rejoin that world.

Thank you Orlor for your reply. And yes we were able to get in W31.
But the only thing is our guild was dissolved when we got in. Was that necessary to be able to fix the issue (whatever the issue was).
I'm pretty sure that you know how it feels when All info gathered in the guild forum is lost. Is this something can be recovered?
