Updates/Bug Fixing

Not sure if you have this in place already but, when updating or fixing bugs send an in game or some sort of player contact besides forums telling us there will be an update or bug fix and estimated downtime. In this period off time no one should be able to attack or anything, like a game freeze, players off while updating, no movement what so ever (including resources, loyalty, troop production, ect.). When it comes back on everything can start again. Like turning off a car while it gets maintenance. Please consider and respond. Thank you.

The in game communication is something we are working on right now.

The forums are a great place to get information but nothing beats a nice message in game.

As for the game freezing when there are server issues that is a bit more of a technical issue.

It is a suggestion I will bring to the dev team though to see if that is something we would be able to do.

Ok thanks. ByTheWay: it doesn't have to be an full freeze but to keep everyone off and a messege when they try to get on may be an alternative.
