Im not being able to revoke my ballista research is this because I need to upgrade my work shop? It's at level 2

I can't revoke the ballistas. What are the requirements to do so?

What world is this for JenDev?

On tier 1 worlds you aren't able to revoke as there is no need to since you can research every troop.

Sorry Orlor, not sure what you mean by tier 1. I'm in W48. Ballista is at 1, I want to kick to 0. Is there a certain level the forge or city hall or workshop needs to be at to revoke it? As always, thanks :-)

That is a 3 tier world (troops can be upgraded 3 times) . So you should be able to revoke that level 1 Ballista, there might be an issue with it.

The support team will need to look into this issue further for you.

When you contact them be sure to let them know the cities that you can't revoke that research.

You can't revoke level one if that town has any of that troop.

Are you sure..? Im pretty sure Ive revoked their level...

0 ballistas in the cities I want to revoke. Workshop and forge at same levels needed to research them, still says "this cannot be revoked" any other ideas anyone. Been three days since I opened request with support and no answer yet....

If your workshop is at 0 you won't be able to revoke
