Change the user fault system in guild!

Please change how the guild forums handle user faults! It's really annoying that one is sent back because of an accidental hit on the "send" button or if one forgets to fill in a subject!

Of course, one should not the able to send subject-less posts, but the effort that one have added to it should not be removed just because one forgot to add a subject...
