Scholar buying!

Hi.
It was great that you arranged that you could mass buy scholars in a city. I remember the time when you only could by a single scholar at time.
And I was thinking that it might be good to take it a step further. With maybe mass buying for al your cities?
Or maybe for one page of cities, tho I know it can be hard to arrange if you don't have academy built in al of the cities.

Cause after going thru 400+ cities buying scholars. It's exhaustingand taking really long time , cause many times valor is slow on updating the city pages.
