They have requested that each person submit a support ticket. It's not automatic.

In addition, most likely they will have thousands of requests for such so it will most likely take a bit to get through them all so have patience. Or more patience I should say lol. It definitely would have been a lot better to have the gold there when we logged in so we could immediately start catching up but hey, it's probably a logistics thing.
