Scholar limit

Why is my scholar limit 9 but only have 6 existing scholars?
You should be able to build another scholar if u have scholarships!

If you have many scholarships = more scholars.
For support in game, please go to:
Portal > ? (Question Mark - Upper right of the screen) > Support > Mail Icon
For support outside of the game, please go to:

So everytime a scholar dies i must get lots of scholarships for another one?

If you scholar dies, you can rebuild it, you just need the resources.
For support in game, please go to:

Portal > ? (Question Mark - Upper right of the screen) > Support > Mail Icon
