wifi mandatory

I play on an android galaxy s3 and I somehow can only seem to play using WiFi. With 3g internet it does not work and the blue bar at the loading screen never seems to fill up completely as it states "check your connection". Can somebody check this out.

I have an I-phone and i have the same problem... Only wifi works cince about two weeks

What cell service do you both use?

I live in the Netherlands and I use "Hi". I never have had any problem of this kind with any app, so it is not so much my cell service, but more the compatability with the cell service and the game? Anyway, you are the expert :P If you could help us out, that would be great!
