Lost my entire city?!!!

I was in world 91 a few hours ago, just logged into my account and discovered that I am no longer in world 91, I have a new completely reset city in world 92. What the heck happened? Where is my world 91 city...? I am about 1 unanswered thread away from deleting this application.
