Iphone5 upgrade

Major problem here valor family.... I've just swapped my phone over from the iPhone 4 to the iPhone 5...... When I did this and restored the new phone from the back up of my old phone......Kakao recognized me as the same guy but ..........valor has started me as a NEW member ....................I can't access my real valor I'd from my new phone..!!?? ......which means I can only get it from this phone ....and only when I have wifi as my new phone has taken over my contract .!? What to do.?
Might be an issue on my side ,just lost as to what to do.???

On your NEW device (the device you want to transfer your account to),

>Go to the Settings menu in the Valor app
>Press the "Transfer Account" tab
>Enter the email address of the account you used to validate your OLD account
>Press the "Transfer" button
>Go to your email address and click the link that will transfer your old account to your new device.

Thanks orlor.!!! Hats to come across as a newbie......should have known that ,but got a little worried there.!! Lol....
I've been playing valor in and off since world one but this was the first time I had to transfer.! :-).......you'd the best .....you were the first to answer my last question at the start of world 74 and all the issues and you guts have made the last few months (at least for me ) the most issue free.! Thx and this game rocks.!!:-)

Glad to hear! We have a lot of awesome things coming out in the next few months. There should be a nice video explaining some of these in a couple weeks.

Ok....hate to be a pain here....... But now it has transferred my OLD OLD account over ........and I still have to restart.?? My account from world one actually .? Now I have to wait 30 days to transfer again? And I'm not even sure it's not going to transfer the same old account?

The support team will be able to remove that 30 day waiting period so you can transfer the correct account.

When you contact them be sure to give them the login names of both the device you are currently using and the one you want on that device.
