Hello.i bought coins 3times but it didnt come to my player.in i tunes i can see the bill story but no coins.i need help about it.

Can someone help me about it ?it says you already bought this product but it havnt downloaded.tap to ok for download now.when i press it its coming back to normal page without any coins.

I was just about to make a thread about the same thing. The exact thing happened to me. Bought coins, got the bill, but they aren't in my account, and when I go to try to buy again I get an error message saying that I have already bought but it hasn't downloaded yet. I restarted the app multiple times. No fix...

Same here.also i tried 3 times.it took 3 times money from my credit card but after that i didnt get any coins

I just uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Still no gold. Additionally, I have been charged twice for one transaction. Not too happy right now.

We are currently looking into this issue. Please do as someone suggested and send us a support ticket with all of the information. In this case the amount of gold you purchased and when exactly you purchased it. I am sorry there is a delay and I will be looking into this personally to make sure everybody gets all of the gold they purchased. If you have any further general questions or issues please feel free to post them here. For the individual issues for your not getting gold issues though please send in a support ticket.

Update! Someone please completely restart their Valor program and see if the coins are now there. Thanks
