Noobs turing barb

FYI, being inactive for a month will cause them to turn to barbs. Your idea is pretty much pointless.

Right now Valor worlds are vastly overpopulated with inactive players and barbed-out player cities, not because people aren't playing, but that they are cycling through worlds so quickly and it takes so long for their cities to convert. I can gladly say that measures are being taken to address this issue, very...interesting measures.

thats not true @deathvirusX. in w61 you still have the little 1,850 player cities since the beginning
its been there since at least february
