WTH is up with response time to tickets???

I have tried to get a response on a ticket for 4 days. Come on...really?????

The support team is going through a large amount of support tickets right now. There should hopefully be an answer to your support ticket today.

many of these supports tickets are no doubt about the messaging problem. this is being resovled as fast as they can. pls bear with them

In addition to the above user, my last ticket took a week to get a response.

I am now locked out of the game totally. If this takes a week to resolve its unlikely I'll want to return - for that matter I may not have anything to return to!!

Any help available to get back in?
