Seriously WTF

Postby Soapland » Wed Oct 03, 2012 9:53 am

What the *^&* is up with this game??... Can't connect, can't get ahold of anybody, furoms are ignored. Maybe this post will get your attention. How hard can it possibly be to maintain this game? How many OS's is this game available for? It isn't like your dealing wit multiply OS's and 100s of hardware configuration, except maybe android. I can not connect now for some time. I have Internet obliviously, reset everything, hard restart, change to fiber wifi and still can't. I can't even bring up playmesh.com home page !!!! Is there a ban on IPs from Japan or something??? Please kindly respond!

We are currently looking into an issue where some players from over seas aren't able to connect now. One thing I can let you know is we didn't ban any ISPs from Japan. Once I have more information I will be sure to let you know.

I have Valor HD, since you guys didn't change anything, I thought it might be my ISP, so I tried two defferent ISPs and same. This is very strange because I can't even bring up playmesh homepage via iPhone, ipad, windows7. Good luck with this one. This started happening around 9pm Japan time.

Could others who had this issue let me know if they can connect now?

We were still looking into it and nothing changed as far as we could tell. If it is working for everybody know that would mean it was some sort of temporary connection issue with those regions connecting to our ISP.

Easy way out was to VPN to a different place. I have a San Fran VPN set up on my phone so no matter where I am when traveling I can 'be in the USA'. At any rate, with VPN, Valor worked. Without it, it did not. Everything works now. This was a Geo issue .

Glad to hear it is working now.

Does sound like some sort of regional connection issue. Be sure to let me know if it happens again.
