From the error message I saw earlier it isn't the servers running the game that is the issue but the "communication path" getting to the servers. In this respect, because the game servers are hosted at Amazon, PlayMesh can't even get in either to play and, most likely, they have no server access and only code the game and not staff running the servers. That is what the pay Amazon for.
