We're talking about portal usage here, not amazon server issues. Please refer to the few hundred other threads regarding this subject. If you find the right threads, you will most certainly run into the completely made up answers myself and a few other incredible members posted to confuse you. The real goal here is to keep you from saying anything on these forums.
