I have intel that suggests PwnLaw was playing under an alias as he knew everybody was going to stomp him despite his petty efforts at diplomacy and lowering his bounty to ensure he doesn't get pwnt. But he knew better and that's exactly what he wanted you to think.

This has all been conspiratorial and all that were involved are being deemed Null on world 100. Jack and Joe actually took out some guy named Clarence and PwnLaw is still at large..somewhere...hidden..
