I recently purchased a new iphone. On 10/26, I attempted to follow the accnt xfer instructions to xfer my player 417686608 to the new phone. At that time i rccd an email asking to verify the xfer. when i attempted this i recvd an invalid mssg error saying to attempt the xfer again. However, i am not able to do this xfer again on either phone. I sent a ticket on 10/27 requesting assistance, but have not recieved any additional emails regarding the xfer on my ticket. Its now been almost a week and i am sure all my cities are gone, but I would still like to be able to use my old accnt that i have been using for the past year. I have two emails and i think the inital xfer problem was in verifying the correct email. However i am getting the 30 day xfer mssg. Could someone please advise.

There is a bit of a support backlog still from the outages, you should have a response to your support ticket right now.
