Need customer support - in app purchase of gold isn't going through

I have contacted support through the link in the game several times, but haven't heard back. I had to do this previously to get credit for my gold purchases and got a response before, each time within a day. It has been days this time though and I haven't heard anything back. What is the best way to get in touch with customer support? Thanks.

Exactly what you did. Their support doesn't work weekends, and they've been running a backlog on support tickets since the outage.

Thanks. I didn't even think of the fact that they are probably behind due to the outage.
