Is it possible that the farm level you had is 0 but you had 3747 lancers? Because my neighbour had that.

Or it could be that someone targeted his farm with baristas and destroyed it.

Please send in a support ticket with the World and Coordinates. This is likely a bug we're currently trying to track down. A very very annoying bug.
