It comes up as a phone number because you probably have skype installed, which can interpret certain numbers to be displayed as phone numbers to allow an easy connection.
For support in game, please go to:
Portal > ? (Question Mark - Upper right of the screen) > Support > Mail Icon
For support outside of the game, please go to:

I found it gold!

Buying direct resources is expensive and ment to be that way. Doing the amulet gambling idea is a nifty way to test your luck to get the resources you want.
