Where can we find the science behind the game? The little things like:

If I scout a player and he has no scouts in his villa, does he see that he has an incoming attack?
If my city gets attacked is the loyalty still low on the city thus allowing my teammate to easily get it back?

I have a million little questions like these and don't have a game manual lol.

Ghost is correct - however once you capture a city, the city becomes the new players but its loyalty gets reset to about 25, it doesnt stay at 0, but it doesnt instantly reset to 100.

Given that this is an mmo, which is very complex because it relies heavily on user input it would be almost impossible to get every nuance down in to a manual.
We try with the various FAQ's located both within the game client and here on the forums, but we cant answer every question exactly the way ever user wants to know.
