Allies not appearing on map

Postby Medlak » Fri Nov 09, 2012 7:06 am

Our allies do not appear on the map. I have removed them and re-added them as an ally but they still do not appear on the map. Please remove this update, there are other issues I have mentioned elsewhere about this new update.

They know about this problem and found a fix. The patch will be released next week (crosses fingers).

Not only do allies not show up on the map, I (accidentally) attacked an ally. The ally capped a barb city after I launched an attack and it was too late to recall my troops. I thought my troops would simply turn around since it was now an ally city, but they attacked. I had sent the ally a heads-up about what happened and there were no troops in the city, but my units did plunder resources.

We're aware of the issue and have fixed it. The fix needs to go through Apple which takes a week or so. -__-
