Im not entirely sure that i understand where the problem with your client is.
Are you saying that you can start the client and see the "Enter World" screen, but cannot progress further than this?

If so, you may need to contact the support team in relation to this problem as they may be able to fix the problem you are having. The details of how to open a ticket with the support team are contained in my signature.

Since you told me to delete and re install I can now only open the app see the world select screen and choose a world 36 37 38 work fine but when I click 35 it says oops that shouldn't of happened and wont let be enter ...

Iv sent 2 tickets over 2 days and heard absolutely nothing ....

And you expect people to pay money for this service
