Minus Scholars to be built !?

This bug tells me that I have -7 Scholars that I can build!
When I get enough scholarships , it goes to -6 , and I still can't build any Scholar.
What can I do ?. Currently need 65 each, an expensive glitch.

This most likely means if you've already conquered a town, there are some scholar abroad from there supporting another city

You can kill off some scholars, then to build them where you want them.

When you're conquering a city, always look for outer troops; you'll sometimes find great surprises supporting others cities...

Some players sometimes send the scholars their city hold to a long long long journey in order the invader to have these "negative scholars" until they are back!

I have a negative 133 scholars can anyone suggest where to find help with this matter
