Scholar Transfer

This is something I've considered for a while. Wouldn't it be easier to transfer scholars from one city to another on a permanent issue if you wanted to rather than killing them off then rebuying them. Seems like more work for no reason at all. Plus a buy all scholarships button would be epic.

I agree with this. With many cities spread over a large area, I am frequently having to kill of scholars and retrain them elsewhere. Given the slow walk speed of scholars, I think it makes sense to be able to send them to other cities as long as the city has an academy.

Scholars are troops, and this isn't possible with troops...

This is part of the game strategy, my opinion is that it's fine like this

One could make an argument that they are not troops. Since they do no actual battle. They convert. I think it will eliminate an unnecessary step.
