Guild merge / Sister guild

How do you merge two guilds or make a sister guild? How do you combine if there are less than 25 members in total? Details please. How is it done?

Each individual member is required to leave one guild and get invited to the next.

There is currently no process by which you can have two guilds merged by the guild leaders.
For support in game, please go to:
Portal > ? (Question Mark - Upper right of the screen) > Support > Mail Icon
For support outside of the game, please go to:

You can't merge 2 guilds, but you can make an Allies Diplomacy between the 2 guilds. All you need is the other guild's tag, and on your guild's menu, there should be a Diplomacy tab.
