Medals were owned during competitions. When those return you will be able to earn medals once again.

I miss my Diamond Subjugator title, not gonna lie :(

but i think the bloodstone badge is a lot more identifiable, still though, sucks to go in a speed world showing it off only to find out everyone in the speed world will zerg your city first haha
