My world is gone

I had a lot of time and money invested into world 21 and the game has glitched and now my world is gone. Please help me in this. I can't believe this has happened. Is there a fix for this issue??

Submit a request to playmesh, that should solve your problem, if they could.
For support in game, please go to:
Portal > ? (Question Mark - Upper right of the screen) > Support > Mail Icon
For support outside of the game, please go to:
