cannot select amount of resources in market

I'm playing on the Android version. In the market, both when I go to send resources or create an offer, I cannot set the amount of resources. I can select the box, type in a number, n but as soon as I am no longer in the box it goes back to being 0. Also the plus and minus buttons don't work anymore either.

I've had this exact problem I can put numbers in the receive but every time I put numbers in send it resets to 0
