I have scholarships but can educate scholars. What does not enough population space mean? How do you get it?

You need to upgrade your farm, look at the top right of your screen just past the resources section, it shows your total farm space and available space. Scholars take 100 farm space.

Thnx. My top right shows a man's head with the numbers 2911/10764. My farm is lvl 25.

You probably don't have enough farmers to feed the scholar because he eats like 10 meals a day :P
