Same principle. Someone who has the ability to spend 20 hours a day on this game can beat a gold user hands down.

No one is spending their way out of a concerted effort to take them out. Without a strong guild behind you, even heavy monetizers will go down. Where do you think Que is now in W100?

Don't know what you guys have against Que, Que likes the new worlds, we are about to win w184 and we are in w216. This guy is smart and plays very well, you should get to know him.

I have nothing against Que. He has been put out as an example of an extreme gold spender, on numerous occasions. I merely put it out there as an example that it is possible to defeat monetizers.

I think that Que actually left 100 on his own like many of us did. I know i gave my cities away right before Christmas. He wasn't that active prior to me leaving. I was in his guild and giving my cities away to them. He never said a word.

For the record, Tor and Que both are very generous guild mates. You'd be lucky to have them on your side.

Hey it isn't a bad idea to limit the gold gold users spend so much money you don't have a chance and it sucks

I don't know Que at all and have nothing against him but have seen him about in worlds. I agree that gold spenders CAN and DO get taken out by overall better strategics of other more cohesive guilds. That will stay the same until these types of players find better guild mates.

For all those who complain about the gold spenders... tell me if you were on a pay packet of 100K plus per year that you would not spend a few hundred or thousand on the game? Players like these help the game more than you know!!
Besides Speed worlds are there now to win FREE gold (from a little $5 investment) for your efforts IF you're good enough to win that is. ;)

This isn't about what Que can and can not do.

Point is simple: Gold spenders get an advantage - and gold spenders pay for the running and development of this great game. People with a lot of time on their hands get an advantage. People who only sleeps 1-2 hours at the time gets an advantage.

The battle field is never fully evened out - it is just the way it is. Early on Valor was tried as a pay to play game - that does not give an even battlefield - some can still spend +5 times the time on Valor compared to other players.

Point is - we should all be happy whenever any of us spends money on this game. We should all be thrilled by the time and effort (dedication) people put into this game...it is one of the things making this game great.
