map loading bug

I have a map load bug when it is loading it stops and reloads the game over and over again can this be fixt

Try to reinstall the game, and verify you've the latest version

Valor freezes when browsing around map

Maybe try to reinstall the app, by first deleting it. But be sure you signed your account with a valid email adress...
