i reported a problem 2 month ago and never recived an answer. after that i posted a new problem report 1 month ago, and never recived an answer.
Why mods here delete real posts about (big) problems in this game, and let spammers write what they want???

Every single support ticket that is sent in does receive a response. For how long ago you said you sent in a ticket you should of received an answer by now. Please go ahead and send in another one and it will be answered.
