Guild invite problem

Run into a snag Guild invite won't work anymore! Any ideas?

Same problem trying to grow guild but cant. It makes the game not fun. Thats the main reason people are leaving because if these stupid bugs. Keep saying it will be fixed but its still at this point messed up. Im so confussed
