Can I send 3 scholars in one attack wave and get the same results, if not better than sending them in 3 consecutive waves?

In an attack wave, if you have one scholar in the attack or if you have 1500 scholars in the attack, it will only have the effect of a single scholar attack.
If you wish to lower a cities loyalty, you must send each scholar in a seperate attack wave.
