I destroy wall to 0 when taking a barb, once scholar takes and I own can I rebuild wall?

If you're hitting barbs though, don't bother knocking the walls down. Just send an attack wave to kill all their units, then use the simulator to see how many troops you need to send with your scholar to protect him, and send that to conquer the city. Free walls!

I recommend the same... Unless the barb is from a previous player with maxed points.

Even then, why destroy a perfectly good lvl 25 wall? The amount of resources and time it takes to rebuild it are way, way much more than the troops you will lose by attacking without destroying it.

The reason you knock down an enemy's wall is because he is building new troops to replace the ones you kill, and he is getting support sent to him. Your object is to destroy him as quickly as possible, and removing the wall makes this easier.

A barbarian will not respawn troops (a sad fact). Once you kill off its troops it will sit without troops. So just send a large attack wave of hitters, wipe its units, then send 5 small waves of scholars with enough support troops not to get the scholar killed from the wall. The simulator is your friend there.
