Scouting/spying/co-ordinated attack in war
One of the main parts of war is scouting out where your enemies are, and finding out where is the heart of their power, their hiddy holes their reinforments all of that stuff, but in the game all you have to do is check out the persons profile and you can see where all their cities are. I think it should be set up that only your guild members can see where your citites are that way your various enemies will either have to scout you out the old fashioned way( by looking for you) or they will have to wait for you to attack them, and even then they will only know the location of that city, and it also adds to another aspect of war, spying. This will give guilds more insentive to spy on their enemies before and during war. Ooo and while I think of it maybe the academy could make spies that you could plant in other peoples cities to watch it's development of buildings, troops and troop movements, and be used to catch enemy spies. Also I think it should be set up that you an your allies can send your troops to the same city(as support) and once everyone has met up you can then send them out in a co-ordinated attack so they hit the enemy at the same time.

I agree with stark you want an academy in every city even if it's just to buy scholarships, every scholarship you buy goes towards the same total ! Having 30 cities even buying one in each is 30 scholarships in one hit, I've bought 4 in one city in one go doing that in 30 cities is 120 scholarships !!!
