Dns propagation is dependant on 2 things. The original dns server owning the quark dns info also tells the other dns servers how long they can use the info before checking again to see if it has changed. The (isp) dns server can decide to ignore that time limit and check only once a day (or longer).

Yes since last server shutdown, when gw1 opened, Quark didn't planned anything in order to have a simulatneous restart for each player, prefering having to sort thousand of tickets of angry players that have been invaded by lucky active players while they where stucked on the opening screen of the App...
They think that the joy of early players will cover the pi**ed players that had an inequitable treatment, but fact is that quark only does as the 3 monkeys now, heard nothing, saw nothing, say nothing... Proof is this website that slowly but surely die!
