Issues with guild invite and mergers

My self and a few other guilds have been having trouble with merging our guilds, once they relinquish their guild I can't send an invite and they aren't able to request one ether. Causing trouble to the fact it's leaving people high and dry for when war breaks out

One workaround that seems to be successful is actually entering their name into the "invite by player name" box and inviting them through the recruitment section of your Guild Page. However, there still is a glitch in which a player is kicked/leaves a guild, you can not invite them to your guild from their profile which would be much simpler.
