Storyline?

So does the story line ever continue from where that general guy/tarot reading leaves us off? I for one would be interested to see how the story plays out.

Is there a way for us to refresh ourselves on what the storyline is? Also, weren't we promised a new part of the story after a certain level (like 5)?
