Ghosting Fix!

Here's a suggestion, bring back Titan worlds or create gold free worlds and let us old school Valorians play the game without all the gold spenders and fluff that has been added.

Just send someone resources then a single fake to the city you sent the resources too.

I think you can still ghost other cities. Ghosting with resources from the market is still being exploited.

Can anyone confirm it doesn't work ?
