Why can I not transfer my account to a new device? Is there a known issue? I go and enter in my email to transfer, it thinks for a bit then does nothing. It's been a long time since I transferred devices so I know that's not it.
I sent in a support ticket back at the end of December and have not received any help on this issue.
Transfer devices?
