People don't tend to file a report when someone works as expected. Our tests before rolling this out and since rolling it out have worked. All the issues I've found in my own testing have been with email delivery once it leaves our smtp server. There are some people experiencing a problem where it never asks for the destination email, and we're looking at that right now.
