I have the same problem and I have created a ticket in the support system more than 24h ago and still no reply. I can't go in 6 of my cities >(

I have been locked out of one of my cities. Any word on a fix? I don't have the app update yet. Does that make a difference?

Orlor, is that what you call an answer from the support: "Unfortunately right now you will not be able to access those cities. They are being looked into, but there is not an estimated time of when you will be able to access those cities again"

Are you kidding me? More than 48h and I still can use 6 of my cities.....
It's becoming harder for me to stay calm.

Unfortunately it does seem that your particular issue will take some time to be resolved.

For any sort of further updates on it, the support team will contact you through that ticket.

13 days and I still can't access to 7 of my cities. Support is useless and only answer I get is: "we are working on it"
Any suggestion?
