Why do i have to wait 14 days after entering a world to send resources to my second city?

Here is a scenario:

You join a new world and have a friend jump in to build resources without commiting to the game but is just there to give you resources to get ahead of the game.

This rule is put in place to prevent this from happening.

Right they only want you to have a unfair advantage if you spend real money on their fake gold.

It would be nice to have this rule explained in an obvious place as I conquered my second well under that time and that rule frustrated me for a few days. The only thing I've done really is use the twitter double quest rewards. Maybe this rule should be adjusted for faster worlds. I dunno but it's definitely possible to get 2-3 cities legitamately before 14 days. If anything it punishes people who spend gold to get ahead.

Specials are optional. ***ody is forcing anybody to buy anything.

You can have an advantage even without the use of these specials if you have a little ingenuity.

-You can farm like crazy instead of resource boost
-commit more to the game instead of Auroras blessing and speed up
-Use Chaos instead of Truce
