Viewing towns

Is it possible to view the town of someone who is in the same alliance as you? Like, view it as if it were your own with the building levels showing

No, but send a scout to the city. Or ask them what it is(don't think they would mind considering you guys were in the same guild.)

I wouldn't send a scout at all. It'll look like an attack.
